Jo brings 37 years of professional grooming experience to 26 Paws and is known for her calm approach, exceptional attention to detail and intuitive understanding of dogs.
She works confidently across all breeds, styles and temperaments and is especially loved by dogs who need extra reassurance and cuddles. Many clients affectionately refer to Jo as “the dog whisperer” thanks to her natural ability to read dogs and understand exactly what pet parents are looking for.
Jo believes grooming should always be a positive and stress free experience and takes pride in delivering beautiful results while ensuring every dog feels safe, comfortable and cared for.
Julie - Senior Groomer
With 15 years of professional grooming experience, Julie is known for her gentle, calm and thoughtful approach. She previously owned her own grooming business within a veterinary clinic, which shaped her strong focus on animal wellbeing and low stress grooming especially for dogs experience any sort of anxiety.
Julie specialises in all aspects of grooming, including breed standard cuts, teddy trims, hand scissoring, puppies, senior pets and anxious dogs. She places strong importance on communication, taking the time to build trust with both dogs and their owners before, during and after every groom.
Pet parents often comment on how relaxed and happy their dogs are when they leave Julie’s care, something she takes great pride in.
